Rea Shahroudi Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist
Welcome to my psychosexual and relationship therapy practice. I help individuals and partnerships navigate sexual difficulties and stuck relationship patterns to create deeper connections and fulfilling intimate lives through specialised, integrative, relational therapy.

I am a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), trained with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and work at the Homerton University Hospital Psychosexual team. I have also worked with charities such as NAZ project and Controlling Chemsex.
I understand intimacy and relationship challenges firsthand, and I bring that depth of insight into my work.
I work with adults navigating intimacy and relationship challenges.
Having lived across different countries and cultures and navigated my own journey through intimacy and connection, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my practice.
I welcome people of all races, cultures, abilities, genders, sexualities, and relationship structures - including LGBTQIA+ individuals, those in consensual non-monogamous relationships, intercultural partnerships, and anyone exploring their sexual identity.
Sessions available in English, Farsi, and French

I understand how trauma, life transitions, professional demands, parenthood, and bodily changes can impact our intimate lives. Whether you're working through these challenges individually or with a partner, I'm here to support you
such as low desire, pain during sex, erectile or ejaculatory concerns, orgasm difficulties, sexual anxiety, or compulsive sexual behaviour

where you feel stuck in cycles you didn't consciously choose, experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, or disconnection
including trust issues, infidelity, exploring attachment wounds and relational patterns, wanting to deepen emotional and physical connection or conscious separation

around sexual identity, desire, and what intimacy means to you
I understand how vulnerable it feels to reach out for support around these issues. My approach is non-judgmental, curious, sex positive and rooted in the belief that with openness to growth, transformation is possible

I bring an integrative therapeutic approach, weaving together attachment theory, mindfulness, the mind-body connection, EFT (tapping), and principles from NLP coaching alongside psychosexual and relationship therapy.
I work relationally - which means the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a space where you can explore patterns, experience being truly heard, and discover new ways of relating and connecting.
Through this work, we move from impasse to a greater ability to reflect, express feelings, listen, negotiate, and make choices about how to be in a relationship.
the unique patterns and preferences that shape desire - to help you define and own your sexuality in ways that feel authentic and fulfilling.
Having worked across NHS services and the charity sector, I understand the importance of creating a safe, compassionate space where you can bring your whole self.
I'm interested in how our experiences - including spirituality, cultural background, and life experiences and transitions - inform our capacity for intimacy and connection.

At the moment, I offer online therapy onlyFees:
Individual therapy:
£80 per session
Relationship therapy:
£120 per session
I know that reaching out for support around intimacy and relationship concerns can feel daunting. I'm here to help.
